Data Deletion Instructions
If you want your personal data deleted from ReserveDesk-managed workflows, please follow the process below.
How to request deletion
- Email support@reservedesk.app with subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include identifiers that help us locate your data (for example: full name, phone number, reservation date, and relevant business/venue).
- If your request is made via messaging channel, include your Messenger or Instagram handle/identifier if available.
Verification
To protect users from unauthorized deletion, we may request additional information to verify request ownership.
Processing timeline
- We acknowledge deletion requests within 3 business days.
- We complete deletion within 30 days, unless retention is required by law or contractual obligations.
Scope of deletion
Deletion applies to personal data that ReserveDesk controls or processes for reservation operations, subject to legal or security retention requirements.
