Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of ReserveDesk websites, software, messaging integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms form a legal agreement between you (or the organization you represent) and ReserveDesk ("ReserveDesk", "we", "us", or "our"). If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

ReserveDesk provides reservation operations tools, including messaging-linked booking workflows, queue management, scheduling controls, and related admin functions. You may use the Services only for lawful business operations and in accordance with applicable platform rules (including Meta platform policies when relevant).

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and notices to process customer data through the Services. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Data deletion instructions are available at Data Deletion.

6. Integrations and third-party services

The Services may integrate with third-party platforms (for example, messaging, hosting, and infrastructure providers). Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies. ReserveDesk is not responsible for third-party platform outages, policy changes, or service limitations.

If paid plans or usage-based billing apply, pricing and payment terms will be provided separately in writing or in-product. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We work to maintain availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

ReserveDesk and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including software, branding, and related intellectual property. Except for limited usage rights granted under these Terms, no rights are transferred to you.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive, including limitation of liability and dispute-related provisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReserveDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the Services.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReserveDesk and its affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your data, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where ReserveDesk is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
